● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Down the hall, you'll find three bedrooms to accommodate your crew. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom is a haven for the little pirates, featuring twin-over-twin bunk beds with an additional twin trundle bed underneath.

But the fun doesn't stop indoors! Head outside and relax on the expansive front porch. Soak up the sun on the open deck or chill under the covered area with a refreshing drink. The adventure continues under the house, where you'll find a spacious hangout spot with a picnic table, perfect for post-beach barbecues with the provided BBQ pit. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
